Turkey Soppressata puts a refreshing new twist on an Italian classic that anyone who abstains from pork for dietary or faith-based reasons will truly appreciate. This mouth-watering salami is produced exclusively from 100% Canadian turkey meat that has been coarsely ground prior to blending with salt, spices, pepper, garlic, & rosemary. After stuffing into casings, it is then dry aged in a controlled atmosphere for three to four months, during which time the seasonings augment the savoury flavour of the turkey meat.

Turkey Soppressata is great for snacking, and pairs well with our Farmstead Fontina, some olives, and warm crusty bread, washed down with either a stem glass of Pinot Noir or an ice-cold beer.
