Water Buffalo/Iberico Pork Salami is a harmonious marriage of two of the finest meats available to mankind. The lean, mouth-watering, antibiotic/hormone free meat of water buffalo raised in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, QC. is combined with decadent Iberico pork imported from Spain. This mixture is finely ground and then combined with salt, spices, and thyme which add their own subtle nuances to the blend.

The unique taste of our Water Buffalo/Iberico Pork Salami is further augmented by a three to four month dry aging process in a humidity and temperature-controlled environment before it is ready for consumption. This fine salami is guaranteed to add a touch of sophistication to your charcuterie and antipasto platters.
