The king of all cheeses, this cracker definitely shines with a glass of red wine. It’s also great with seafood pate, or fig tapenade. A simple dollop of cream cheese works fine too. Suggested Food Pairing: Goat Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese or Cobb Salad
