Green Olive & Basil Bastoncini

Bastoncini are our signature salami sticks made from top quality pork cuts selected with care and experience. After grinding, the pork is combined with subtle seasonings according to Italian tradition before being carefully stuffed into 12 mm diameter casings for slow, natural curing. This particular version is enhanced with green olives & basil, which pair very well together. Campagnolo Salami pairs perfectly with crusty artisan bread, hard cheeses like Parmesan or Asiago, sweet fruits, and olives, and is exceptional when served on a panino along with our Fior di latte, some arugula, and roasted cherry tomatoes!
