Bastoncini are our signature salami sticks made from top quality pork cuts selected with care and experience. After grinding, the pork is combined with subtle seasonings according to Italian tradition before being carefully stuffed into 12 mm diameter casings for slow, natural curing. This particular bastoncini has rosemary added in to bring a unique flavour.
