Flower Station

Every since our honeymoon on the Greek island of Crete, feta has become a staple on our farmstead. Flower Station is named after the picturesque hamlet in Lanark County and offers an authentic taste of the Mediterranean, crafted from raw ewe’s milk. Its semi-firm texture and bright, tangy flavor make it perfect crumbled over salads, tossed with roasted vegetables, or served alongside olives and warm flatbreads.
