Truffle Pecorino

Pecorino With Truffle made right here in Ontario, using 100% Ontario sheep milk and decadent imported black truffle peelings. This beautiful cheese is ripened for four to six months on wooden shelves, during which time it is expertly cared for by the cheesemaker. The subtle taste of sheep's milk is matches perfectly with the aromas of the truffle.
