Creel & Gambrel Old Cheddar is a mature, medium-sharp cheese that has been naturally aged and packs a stronger, sharper, cheddar taste with a more pronounced nutty essence.

Crafted by an experienced cheese-maker here in Ontario from 100% Canadian cow’s milk, and aged for one full year to achieve its classic cheddar profile; this is the ultimate comfort food, possessing a silken texture and a slightly tangy finish.

Our Old Cheddar is extremely versatile, and can be sliced for sandwiches, burgers, and snacks, or shredded into casseroles, soups, and sauces. Pairs well with a Cabernet Sauvignon or a white Merlot.
