Once in the smoker the smouldering applewood gracefully unfurls its smoke, seamlessly infusing the cheese with a smoky, semi-sweet, apple-like essence. Creamy and smoky, with a little bite on the finish; Chili Pepper smoked evokes a profound sensory experience that lingers, creating unforgettable, savoury memories. (Available by special order).
