Beginning with humanely raised, cage free, Pekin ducks which consume only grain and soy-based feed enriched with vitamins and minerals, and without antibiotics, hormones or drugs; Creel & Gambrel Duck Prosciutto is made exclusively from the breast meat of these ducks, which has been fully cured and aged in the controlled environment of a state of the art drying room.

The result is a prosciutto-like product that can be enjoyed the same way as the famous Italian ham. In fact, it can even be combined with traditional prosciutto pairings such as melon, cheese or olives, while the end pieces and remnants can be cubed and added to the cooking liquid for dried beans or soup base.

Pairs well with Côtes du Rhône, Chianti, Rosé, and Malbec.
