Mountainoak Celery is a mild flavoured artisan Gouda cheese made from 100% Holstein milk infused with delicate flakes of celery that offers the aroma of Spring all year round. Lovingly crafted at the on-farm cheese plant in New Hamburg, ON and aged for 8 months, Mountainoak Celery features a smooth texture and pleasantly balanced flavour on the palate, while at the same time exhibiting the celery’s naturally bright color against the cream-coloured Gouda backdrop. This unique cheese pairs well with any white wine, and all your snacks and special meals. (Available by special order).
