Mountain Oak Black Truffle is a rich artisan gouda produced at the on-farm cheese plant in New Hamburg, ON from 100% Holstein milk combined with selected black truffle morsels. Uniquely aromatic, delicious, creamy, and bursting with flavours of the black truffle, this rich, decadent cheese is often thought of as a cheese to be saved for special occasions. In the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin, Black Truffle received a 3rd Place in its category, and is perfect when served as an aperitif with a glass of fine wine or as an after-dinner cheese course.
