Mountainoak Cumin Aged is a cross between two favourites. It is a traditional Cumin Gouda; however, it is aged for 1 year just like the multi-award-winning Farmstead Gold. The natural full and creamy taste of matured Gouda is enhanced by the addition of cumin seeds, and the longer the cheese matures, the more the characteristic spicy and nutty taste of cumin comes into its own. Try Mountainoak Cumin Aged in a Cumin Gouda grilled cheese sandwich, incorporated in sourdough bread, or simply cubed and served on a cheeseboard. (Available by special order).
