Description
This gorgeous semi-hard cheese is a unique specialty made from pasteurized cow’s milk by a farmstead creamery in the Netherlands. During its preparation, the cheese curd is washed in Canadian maple syrup whiskey giving it a pleasantly spicy and somewhat woody character with sweet undertones.
