Mountainoak Mustard Seed is a premium artisan farmstead Gouda cheese made from 100% Holstein milk, using an old-world recipe, and it is studded with whole mustard seeds throughout the interior paste. Produced at the on-farm cheese plant in New Hamburg, ON this is a unique rustic cheese which makes a beautiful and textural addition to a cheese platter. The sweet crunch of mustard seeds adds a bright, tangy flavour to this rich, sweet, supple Gouda. Pairs well with German style beers, or Creel & Gambrel Pepper Salami. (Available by special order).
