Farmstead 2-Year-Old is a premium artisan farmstead Gouda cheese made from 100% Holstein milk. Produced at the on-farm cheese plant in New Hamburg, ON and lovingly aged for 2 years, this is the second oldest cheese manufactured by Mountainoak Cheese, and is quite similar in texture to a Parmesan. Bursting with rich butterscotch flavours, one bite will tell you why it was second in its class at the 2016 Canadian Cheese Awards. Farmstead 2-Year-Old also pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon.
